You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Email us at xiangshuang776@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 510 business days. Processing times after that depend on your bank or card issuer.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 13 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 715 business days depending on destination. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
